This book appears to have been in need of an editor before publication. There are sentences and paragraphs where you are left with a "Huh?!" feeling; a few make sense later, but most do not. In spite of that, it's a good story. Libby (like so many of the heroines) has been hurt and does not want to trust again, but Libby and Devon start a project that brings them together and they get to expose crime and corruption along the way.
