I had a buddy send me a "blast PM" the other day....meaning that she sent the same PM to several buddies at once.  How do you do this?  I can't figure it out.

I think...when you look at your BL there are little boxes next to their names.  Check all the boxes you want and then click PM.  I've never tried it, but thats how i thought it would work.

Shannon's got it right. If you use tags on your buddies, you can pull up a specific tag group of buddies and PM them all at once, or like she said, just tick the boxes of those you want to PM all the same thing. It will give you one subject & body box and when you click send, it will ask if you want to PM all the buddies listed, and it will then send a copy to all of them.

This warning is not for you, Beth, I know you know better, but for anyone else reading this: Use caution when blasting everybody on your buddy list. The rules specifically state that you are not to SPAM people, and someone recently got spoken to about sending a PM to all her buddies that was not of interest to them all. If you are not sure the person on your buddy list WANTS to read what you are about to send out, leave them off the list to send to. Better to be safe than get into trouble.

Yes, I know what the term SPAM is, and I realize that probably what is sent on here is not going to quailify for the "commercial" description. I don't make the rules, I don't enforce them. I simply pass on what I see and hear. I'm merely saying, think about what you are PM'ng and consider how much you know about the persons on your list, and be sure you are sure that they want to read what you are about to send. That's all. 

No, they didn't get kicked off or suspended, but if you do it too much, it certainly can and will happen. R&R will certainly contact you if ANYONE on your list complains. I'm just advocating caution in your usage of the blast PM feature  :)
