Go to My Account, Settings, and change your Mailing info. |

How can I change my email or mailing address?Your account information (email address, shipping address, PBS Profile, Forum Settings, Newsletter settings, email settings, Requestor Conditions, wrapper Settings) can all be changed in your Account Settings.You cannot change your email address or mailing address at PBS until you have received 2 books. If you need to change your information before receiving 2 books, just contact us and provide your current information; we can make this change for you. Please contact us to make this change BEFORE submitting a book request with the old address on it. To access your Account Settings:

There is another option, to mail to a second address. As it sounds like you want to mail this book to a temporary address instead of your new address. From help: If you would like to request a book FROM ANOTHER MEMBER to send to an alternate address:
The option to request a book from another PBS member to send to an alternate address is available to you ONLY after you have first received 3 books from PBS.

If you use the mail to an alternate address option instead of changing you account address, keep in mind that you will not be able to mark any books as received with a problem, that option is removed from the receiving process. Last Edited on: 6/11/10 4:22 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

It looks as if you joined recently. If you haven't received 2 books yet, you have to go to the PBS Admin Team to get your address changed or to use the "alternate address" option. To do that, go to the bottom right corner of any page, and under "company" click on "contact us." Use the Feedback option. |
