Are you the sender?

If you never mailed it, it'll go lost after 30 days and they'll get their credit back.

You can always 'buddy' a credit to any member, too.

If you are the sender, and you know there's a problem, PM the person and let them know.

If you are the sender and you need to cancel the request after the book was marked mailed, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to ask the PBS Team to cancel it for you.
