I'm not sure if everyone is aware, but if you click on the author's name link on your wishlist page, it will show you what books of theirs are in the system. I have found many a WL book in that way. This only works for books that were posted BEFORE the new updated version of PBS went into effect.

Now, if  a different version of your book is put in the system then you receive a courtesy email letting you know. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all check our books and clear out the WL books on people's shelves?

The courtesy email system doesn't always work (it doesn't necessarily catch all the different versions), though  it does help - but it's still worth checking manually as Debbie described.

Cool, thank you.

Just in case someone has not heard......Clicking on the author's name in other places now brings up a list of books published by that author, sorted by publication date.  If the book is posted, the link is green, otherwise red.  Clicking the link for a book tries to bring up all listings of the same title.

The same color code applies for the similar books in Book Details screen.
