How I Feel Angry
Author: Marcia Leonard
These books help children recognize and identify their emotions and give them a vocabulary to describe what they are feeling. If children can name an emotion, they are on their way to understanding it. And when children can talk about what they are feeling, their parents will be better able to help them.

"Anger is scary. That's because it's such a big, strong feeling. Using a simple format, this book helps children identify and understand their anger - the first step towards self-control."

A great book for kids ages 2-6 who have hot tempers, particularly those who get upset about being upset. If you have a child like this, you know what I'm talking about.
