It would be in your transaction archives, but if the book went lost and it was a book they really wanted they probably ordered another copy by now. |

Check your transaction archive Bertie, should be there noted as 'lost in the mail'. If the book was returned to you in postable condition, you can pm the other member and ask if they still need a copy of this book (at this point permission is actually required by PBS guidelines). Give the other member a reply deadline. If they no longer need the book, or do not reply, just repost the book FIFO.

Also, the request number is always part of your return address. That way, you know exactly which transaction it is, even if you can't remember which book was supposed to be in the wrapping. |

Ummm, wouldn't the person's name be on the mailing label under the yellow sticky that says "Not Deliverable As Addressed"? |

Christy,
Ummm, No I had tape over the label and the tape was ripped off and the name and address went with it. Last Edited on: 1/21/11 6:39 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

The transaction archieve will have a question mark to the left of the book title and you can see who ordered the book from you. |
