I received a box-o-books trade and 1 of the 3 books has liquid damage to the front cover and the first few pages. How should I should I handle this? I really, really, really hate to leave bad feedback, but hate that others send out books that can't be sent back out for either credits or in other BOB trades.

send the member a pm and tell them what the problem is- if they offer you another book, credit or fix it some other way give them a postive feedback, but if they ignore your pm or don't offer to fix the problem then I would give them a bad feedback.

Even if it bothers you to do, you really need to do it.

This site thrives on it's members being honest with each other.

Like the PP mentioned, I would PM the user and see what deal they could offer me to rectify the situation and go from there.
