I had someone offer me a deal in the Bazaar.  I am SURE that I ordered one of the books in the deal directly from the member's shelf, and it went to someone else.  I thought that maybe the person who offered the deal declined the order, but there is nothing in the transaction archive.  I didn't get the e-mail about my RCs being declined and I just placed the order yesterday, so it could not have rolled over.

I cancelled the request that went to the new guy and re-ordered from the guy who offered the deal, and sent him a pm to see if he knew what happened.  I haven't gotten a response.  I really ticked off the new guy when I sent him a message (after he pmed me about the condition of the book he was sending) and said, "Wait a second, you aren't the one who offered me a deal, are you?"  I tried to explain what had happened but...anyway...Could it have been a glitch?

If you had your RCs turned down, it would not show in your TA. You can check your Club Communications to see if the email went out, but never got to you for RC declines.

It is very easy to get onto the FIFO instead of someone's shelf. You need to make sure you don't click into the book details page and order from there or get into the yellow pop up and used the order button there, you have to stay on their Wish List. Once you select the book and get to the page with the Order More from Member button and see who's shelf pop's up, if it is not the member you want back up and cancel the order and try again.Once the order is placed, hit the PM button and confirm it is the right member.  Since I have RCs I usually monitor the request pretty closely until it is accepted and I can confirm that it is the deal maker that has accepted it.

I always use the Order More From Member button to make sure it's the same person. 

Even if just the little pop up details page was open it would put the order to FIFO. 

I've never had RCS but if there's other copies availalbe it might not send you an email that you were declined unless they filled in the reason.  Maybe not even then since it can just keep requesting the book down the line.
