I know that the sender is notified of conditions when the request is made, and can accept or deny based on RCs.  But after that?  The information doesn't seem to appear anywhere until after the transaction appears in the Transaction Archive -- either marked received, canceled or lost.

I recently added some conditions.  To my knowledge, none of my requests were declined because of my RCs, which I thought was odd in itself.  After I had requested the books, I realized that I had neglected to actually mark "YES" and so, while the conditions were there, they weren't activated.  I canceled the books that were still "Waiting for Member" but not the ones that had been accepted -- after all, it's not their fault I screwed up.  I then *thought* I had activated the RCs and re-requested the books that I had cancelled.

Like I said, I didn't get any "declines" that I know of.

Now the books are starting to come in, and I don't know which ones should have RCs.  If I mark the book received so I can see what the Transaction Archive says, then I can't mark it RWAP.  Am I missing something here?

You aren't missing anything that I can see!  :)  I would say that for the first several books up to the ones you know of that were ordered before you fixed your mistake, just mark them as Received and let it go.  Since you aren't for sure about the conditions, there's really no way to prove anything at this point.  Howeve, once you start getting the books that you ordered after the RC's were confirmed as being in place (when you fixed your mistake) then you can mark them however is appropriate at that time.  How many books are you talking?

Kris, I don't think you can see what RCs were in place until the transaction is completed.  I know this has come up in the past, and I haven't heard of any workaround for it, except you could PM the sender and ask.  Otherwise, I think it's necessary to wait until the book is received, and then mark it received in the normal manner.  Do not mark it received early, for as you said, there is a chance it could be RWAP.

Thanks for the replies!  I'll quit looking.  :-D  I've been able to figure out the "cut-off."

After the book has been received, you can find it in your Transaction Archives (a link on your Main My Account page, right under the 1st tab) and click the details link. If your RCs were activated at the time of the request, they will be showing there, if you didn't have them on, they will not be listed.
