I see people talking about leaving feedback, but I have not ever seen anywhere to leave feedback. What am I missing? I have sent out many books and recieved many. How do I find this feature?

Box of Books (where you pay a fee to do book for book transactions without credits) has a feedback feature, regular swapping does not. The feedback you see being referred to is probably either for Box of Books, sending feedback to the site owners via the "contact us" link at the bottom of the screen, or the last box in the survey when you receive a book where it asks if there is anything else you would like PBS to know about the transaction.

I think what they are referring to is Feedback to the site which is not in the traditional sense of leaving feedback on transactions. Sending feedback is what you do to contact the Paperback Team when you have issues only the can solve or look into.
