I know it says 48 hours, but one of my books has been on wishlist hold for longer, so I am wondering how long it'g going to take for the hold to roll over to the next person. There are 35 people on this wishlist.

I think it is 48 hours plus 1 hour.

I had a wishlist request time out today (2nd one...grrrr!) at 12:00 PM, and I checked my account and it was on hold for another person at 1:00 PM.

Thanks Jodi. I'm approaching that +1 hour mark now, so maybe it will roll over.

I think it automatically rolls over to the next person on the list once the first person's time is up.  All you'd see is a wishlist hold but not who it's being held for until someone takes it.

It just rolled over to person number 2. I guess my question is answered. :)

It rolls over every 48 hours.  Believe me I know. I just had one WL on hold 4 times and watched it roll to the 5th person at 1:00AM this morning!!!  And----she requested it.  I finally got a live one!!!!!    BTW; the one hour hold is only for auto-request WL books.
