Take to get your credit if you use DC?  I mailed 19 books yesterday morning about 8 am.  And so far only got credit for 2 of them. When I check the usps site and put in the DC number it says they was mailed and it list the time and branch of post office

When the books are scanned into the system.  If you took them to the PO and did the postage at the counter, there is an "Acceptance" scan done then.  When the USPS system updates (usually at night), it would show, and you'd get your credit.

If you didn't have them scanned at the PO counter, then whenever they are scanned "en route" -- usually at the first distribution center they come to, and usually within a day or two at most.  Most of my packages get several scans, so whenever that first one shows in the system is when you get your credit.

I usually give it 24 hours after I see it on the USPS site to show up on PBS. For any that have the actual scan on the USPS site, if you don't see the Quick Credits on PBS by tomorrow morning, then send it Feedback and ask the Team to look into it. For some reason, I often see my Media Mail and First Class show up differently.

When my PBS DC's are scanned at the counter Bertie, they update in the wee night hours.  The last few months tho, I've noticed that a few seem to get missed.  They are usually picked up at the sorting center the next day.  So I'll agree, give it another 24 hours.

If USPS says 'Acceptance' and PBS does not, wait 24 hours and contact TPTB b/c that could be an interface problem.

My Media Mail and First Class also show up seperately, I think it's because they go to different sorting centers and the information is uploaded at different times.  My Media Mail sorting center is in Federal Way, and First Class sorting center is in Kent.

All of the books were taken to the post office and scanned, I watched her scan every one of them.   I did have two show up but none of the rest yet
