to the search available database?  I have the paperback version of a 2nd  book in a trilogy (?) that has people on WL.  So it's on my TBR (now that I added it ) and it won't come up if I do a search using the author's name.  Just wondering how long it takes.  It did come up after I added it to my TBR and then put the ISBN in the search.  It doesn't come up any other way.

I'm not sure I understand your question.  If the listing doesn't come up when you do an author search, is it posssible the author's name in that particular listing is misspelled, or using an "alternative" name (i.e. "Ruth F. Jones" vs "Ruth Fabulosity Jones" vs "R. F. Jones")?  If you can clarify the problems you're having and share the ISBN, I'll have a look at it.

It's now coming up although when you go to the author's page it only shows 3 books (the latest is out only in HC).   So I guess my adding it to my TBR under its ISBN is now in the database.  Before I added it - the search didn't recognize the ISBN.  The add to TBR did respond to the 10 digit ISBN.  It's been out a couple of months and I guess no one is on the WL for the paperbacks.  It's all there now.
