I've been reading the BDB series and am (not so) patiently awaiting book 6 to come in the mail. From poking around on the internet I see that the Fallen Angels series has some crossover and I was wondering if/when I should begin reading that series? Or will it be fine to just wait until I finish all the BDB books? Thanks for your help! This is my first real foray into paranormal outside of YA fiction and I must say I am enjoying it! :) |

I'd just wait unil you finished the BDB series. Best series ever by the way. LOL I never really did notice that much of a crossover. Tiny little bits here and there and a couple 'cameos' from a few of the brothers. |

if you want to read both series, i'd say read them in published order if you can. i know there was one crossover bit where i read the Fallen Angels book *so* much after where it slotted in to the BDB one i couldn't really remember what that bit was supposed to be all about, or even which Brother it was. the crossover bits really are left vague, and it bugged me that i couldn't fill in the details when i knew i'd already read it. if that's not likely to bug you, then you can read the Angels after - or not at all, since it's a fairly different series, and it doesn't fill add anything to the BDB series. i always end up enjoying them, but for each book in that series it took me a while to get into it. |

thanks for the input Melissa and Ellen! Maybe I'll give book 1 of Fallen Angels a try and if I like it, see if I can read it in published order. It probably would bother me if I couldn't remember what was going on. :) |

I'm glad you asked because I have the Fallen Angels books and didn't even realize they were related. |
