After a great run of receives, I got three books today with problems: two had highlighting/writing in them (not textbooks), and one was the right book but wrong ISBN. When I go to mark them received but with a problem, what option should I choose? I'm guessing "Requestor Conditions Not Met" for the highlighting/writing, and "Wrong Book" for the wrong ISBN, but I wanted to make sure. Oh, and will I get my credits back for these? Thanks in advance! |

For books that do not meet basic guidelines because of damage (water damage, writing, highlighting, etc.) Mark RWAP - Damaged by Sender. For books that do not meet additional requests from your requestor conditions (non-smoking home, no dust jacket, etc.), mark RWAP - Does Not Meet Conditions For the incorrect format or ISBN (ppb instead of HB, or wrong ISBN listing) mark RWAP - Wrong Book. Hope this helps! ETA: Send a polite message as to why you marked RWAP and politely request the credit back for it. For the wrong ISBN if it's postable, I usually don't request a credit back if I can re-post it and get a credit back quickly, or if I'm wanting to read and re-post and format wasn't important. But that's your call. :) Last Edited on: 4/25/08 12:37 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

You will get your credits back..ONLY if the member sends it back. It is not automatic. Some return your credits..some do not. Good luck. |
