Computer problems over the weekend caused me to miss the deadline for sending a book request, and the request info disappeared from my profile page. How do I find out who made the request so I can contact them and get their books shipped? Thanks.

Have you tried your transaction archive?

You go to your Transaction Archive and look for the books with a big red X on them and you can PM directly from there. Make sure to PM them before sending the books because if their request was passed on to the next person/people in line and they get two copies, they do not have to mark yours as received.

Best thing to do is just send an apology PM from the Transaction Archive and then repost the books. If there were other copies in the system, the requests have already been passed along. If there weren't other copies in the system, then the requestors are now at the front of the wish list and reposting the books will get you new transactions that can be completed in the normal way.
