Haha...sorry...couldn't resist. But seriously, I don't think there's a set list of buyers. It's an aspiring freelancer's job to crank out submissions and pray for the best. You can try the finance sections of local newspapers or even the big dogs in the industry. I'm not versed in Freelance writing. The one time I sold something, I was told that I couldn't sell it to other newspapers. I'm not sure how one would go about setting him/herself as a syndicated columnist and getting paid by numerous periodicals for the same article.
