Mine is a jpg file & under 30 kb, yet it doesn't seem to be working. What am I doing wrong?

Others have reported problems with uploading avatars recently. It appears to be some sort of glitch that's preventing the uploading of avatars.

This has been reported to PBS and we are waiting for an answer from them.

PBS sent me a notice that this problem has been fixed. If you have not tried to upload your avatar today, try now and you should find it will work.
