Mark a book "recieved" if the sender never marked it "mailed"?

On your My Account tab there is a link called "Transaction Archive".  You can locate the book and mark it received there.  If you have another copy of the book on its way to you, you are not obligated to mark the first copy received.

You can't mark it received unless the sendr marks it mailed, OR PBS cancels the order (it will be cancelled automatically if the sender doesn't mark it mailed by the deadline)

PM them right away and see if they can mark it mailed before PBS cancels the order.

If PBS does cancel the order, you can go to your Transaction Archive and mark the book received. Also, if it is a Wish Listed book, PBS puts you back in line for the book, so you will want to remove it from your Wish List. PBS also will reorder the book for you if it is not Wish Listed, so you will want to cancel the new book order ASAP.

Best if you can catch the sender before PBS cancels the first order.
