My hubby and I were in the bookstore today and he found a book that was of interest and he was curious about the stories if they were avaiable as individual books

the stories were as follows:  The first story delt with Kirk

Second was Captain Janway

The third delt with Jullian Bashir.

The story he's really wanting is the one that Bashir.  He said it was one of those "what ifs' that if Khan had defeated Kirk?

any idea on what the book's title is or if he can get them individually?

Wow, that isn't much to go on, and I don't know the answer to your request, but you might be interested in ST:DS9 #7.

WARCHILD, by Esther Friesner

"A message left behind by the Kai Opaka gives Commander Sisko a fateful mission: Find a young Bajoran girl destined to be a great healer who could bring together the warring factions of Bajor.  While Lt. Dax tries to find the healer, Dr. Bashir goes planetside to treat a rare disease that is killing the children in Bajor's resettlement camps.  Surrounded by dying children, Bashir goes AWOL from DS9, vowing not to return until the plague has been stopped.  But by the time Dax finds the girl, the child has also fallen victim to the plague.  With the fate of the entire planet at stake, Sisko must find Dr. Bashir in time to save the child who may be Bajor's last chance for peace."

I give the book a mediocre rating, but it does focus on Julian Bashir.

That book is one of the two Star Trek Myriad Universe books. They both contain three stories each. They are not available individually. This is the one with the Bashir story: Star Trek: Myriad Universes: Infinity's Prism. I have both books, but havent read them yet.
