Jack has an encounter with a man from his past, a past Jack would like to forget. And that man is very unforgiving. While a good story, in some places I thought it overly complicated. Still, if you are alert you can figure out---as I did---who was really killed before they (the protagonists) did. And unless you are really interested you can skip the parts about the letter code. However, I plan to read more of her novels.
