This book is one of the most dangerous and poorly written books I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. The author's blatant lack of knowledge and hatred of modern medicine combined with questionable herbal lore and information makes for a time-bomb. I would NOT recommend this book to anyone looking for serious herbal help.
