This book is amazing! It describes alternatives to hysterectomy in layman's terms. Any woman could use this book to seek out better alternatives and improve her ability to talk to her doctor. This book gave me the courage to put my medical problems in perspective and to seek out a less radical solution than hysterectomy. Yet, this book goes far beyond hysterectomy. It would be helpful to any woman who appreciates the most conservative approach to managing health issues. I wish I'd read it years ago.
