Hi all!

I have a few children's books that do not have an ISBN # for them. I was just wondering if these types of books should be posted (I did post mine anyway)  and do a lot of people request books that do not have the ISBN #'s?

Yes, so long as you follow the rules for posting a book without an ISBN (like, don't post it as though it's the ISBN version of the same book). And assuming the books meet the criteria for books: http://www.paperbackswap.com/help/help_index.php

And yes, people do request non-ISBN books. I had lots of old novels I bought from the library and many have been requested. Kid's books often have to wait a while to get requested - many children's titles have a glut.

Are they old?

I think most people search by title rather than ISBN if they're looking for a particular book.  SInce I collect a lot of vintage SF, most of my requests so far have not had an ISBN.

Yes, many times people want any version of a book.  As Matt said, people tend to search by title and will order any version currently in the system, which may just happen to be the non-ISBN version.
