I microwave them the same as regular white potatoes. Scrub the skins clean, cut off any bad blemishes. Prick several times with the tip of a pointy knife. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Check them...if they're soft and squishy, they're done. If not, go another minute or two and check again. Keep going until they're done. I do 3-4 at a time like this. So easy. So yummy.

Similiar to Stephanie, I micro like white potates. Scrub skin clean in water. Poke a couple of holes with fork or knife. Use papertowel to surround damp salted potato. Micro on high for 5 min --check--remove or cook longer. Should be soft to touch.
