Lost in Plain Sight by Marta Perry

I can't find it in the PBS system.

I looked on Marta Perry's website (http://www.martaperry.com/book_lost.html) and this appears to be a very short book (less than 70 pages) published only in ebook.  Therefore, you are not going to find it on PBS.

I don't understand how a book can only be an e-book when it is a 4-book series and it is number 3.

I will try to email the author or the publisher.

Well, the publisher's (Harlequin) website confirms it.  At the bottom of the description of the book it says:

An ebook exclusive novella from Marta Perry's The Brotherhood of the Raven series.

I've seen authors publishing novella or short stories in ebook only format (I can remember 3 off the top of my head who have done novella or short story prequels in ebook only).  I think this will probably increase in the future.

If you are worried about the lack of an ereader, know that you do not need one to read an ebook.  With the appropriate apps, you can read it on your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.  And the book is short so it won't take too long to read.
