This book gives insight into alcoholism and how it impacts the entire family.

This was nominated for a Booker prize, but I didn't enjoy it. A family of alcoholics try to drink themselves to death in 70s London. Some of them succeed. I wish they'd ALL succeeded more quickly.

Interesting story, but a bit dry.

I could not get into this one. I started off slow and just did not keep my interest. I ended up putting it down after about 1/3 of the way through.
