I read this book for my book club, not really excited about it since I am not a big Marlee Matlin fan. I was nicely suprised by the flow of the book. It made me re-rent "Children of a Lesser God" now that I understand how hard it must of been for her in her first acting role in the movies... Amazing... just imagine not being able to hear anything.... and then be an actor. I became a fan!!!
