I noticed a book had the wrong image. The book is 0140161856, LADY AUDLEY'S SECRET. So I submitted an image, which was accepted. 

But the book still has the wrong image for the medium size image. It is correct on small and on large, but medium still shows the wrong book, THE PICADILLY MURDER(S).

 I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention.

When we're submitting an image for the first time -- replacing a blue "no images available box -- it goes pretty quickly.  When we're submitting an image to replace another image, though, it takes longer, and often one size image will show up first, another later, and so on.  It has to do with the way the server updates the database.  Usually, once the first image has shown up, it doesn't take more than two weeks for the others to all show.

Another thing you can try is doing a "hard refresh". Hold down the CTR key and hit the F5 key.  That forces your browser to go to the server and get any new info that might be out there rather than showing you a cached image of a page you looked at before.

And a mystery that took us (image volunteers) a while to figure out -- sometimes one member sees an updated image before another member does.  For example, I'm seeing the image you submitted on all sizes now, while you may still be waiting for one to show up.

Patty is right, the images are hosted/stored on different servers and they sync up to the main server at different times, so the different size replacement images often show up at different times.  Hopefully soon, once all are in sync, the database will display all sizes as the correct image.
