A great compact paperback of the classic. Easy to carry in your pocket and read in the park. Good explanatory footnotes and a clear translation.

Translated in 1954 by John Ciardi, this edition published in 2001. It's enough to make you forswear the Three Beasts of Worldliness forever (expecially the "She-Wolf of Incontinence", that sounds real inconvenient).

While I appreciate the concept behind this book, it annoyed the hell (unintentional pun) out of me halfway through and I had to stop reading it. The mentality just seems completely juvinile to me.

Bought this for class and never read it. I have no interest in reading it, so I will give it to someone who does.
