This is the 2nd book in the series and it was great. Both characters had major trust issues from their childhoods. It was very well written. The H was intrigued by the h from the very beginning, she captivated him, scars and all. He took his time to get to know her and make her feel safe. The h lost her family in a car accident and she didn't think she deserved a life. Good ending.
