Each short chapter includes an explanation of the theme, examples of the sayings, questions for reflection or discussion, and a brief meditation. Iredale's charming illustrations and his directions for group leaders make this an ideal resource for individual or group study.

I say: A most welcome devotional. I carried it with me to read brief bits during the day's moments of quiet.
