From AudioFile
Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy was revered by people all over the world. Cindy Adams graciously characterizes Rose's strength as a woman, her courage as a wife and her faith as a Christian. Adams's delivery is very formal and journalistic; however, one detects a sympathetic edge when she discusses Rose's darkest hours. However, the story flow sometimes becomes periodically suspended as her perfect enunciation tends to sound like an articulation exercise. Susan Crimp contributes a splendid presentation in her elegant, yet snappy, British accent as she describes Joe Kennedy's years as ambassador to England. B.J.P. (c)AudioFile, Portland, Maine
