I love Susan Mallery and this is one of her better ones. Smart, funny and sexy with a decent plot. It is the 2nd in the Buchan Famile series, with Walker falling, in protest, for a wonderful waitress with a cute kid. And evil Ex ready to do bodily harm to Elissa, and some sub-plots involving his family give the story fun and twists.

A great read. There were so many issues to settle in each of the main character's past that you really had to stay on your toes. A great book for family members young and old to read as to learn lessons of families sticking together, even after years of difficulties.

The spotlight being on the child was a plus for me, the book emphasizes that children need love and nurturing but also protection.

would seriously recommend that you read this series.

This book tells the story of Walker and Ellisa. Both characters are strong and determined. Although Ellisa has been taking care of herself and her daughter for quite some time (and doing a great job), Walker shines as her charming Prince. Of course, readers still get to read about what is going on with Cal & Penny (from Delicious), Reid, Dani and of course, Gloria. You also get to meet people from Ellisa's life as well. Definitely a fun, fast read!

This book was just ok for me. I really didn't love either of the main characters, and, I really don't like it when one character declares their love, and the other one gives a joking reply- it's just stupid to me. I probably won't read this author again.

This story starts out a little slow but takes off running. It keeps you interested until the end, and then it makes you want to go and get the next one in the series. So come on everyone let read......
