Is it me or did the price pbs market books double in price?

I think they now have more popular (i.e. non-remaindered) books.  But, yeah, I noticed that they seemed more expensive.  In some cases, once you factor in shipping & the PBS fee, it's cheaper to buy from Amazon.

I think the remainder books are about the same, its just that they are now selling a lot of current releases that aren't going to be discounted as much.

Yeah, for instance the post secret book is about $14, but that is a good price for that book.

Did you see the October newsletter where this was explained? Basically they have two types of books in the PBS Market: overstocks and super sellers. Right now the vendor that provides the overstocks is moving, so those books have been removed from the market and the only thing left is the super sellers. Those are new, recently published books that are sold at a discount price, but not nearly as cheaply as the overstocks.
