What a fabulous find for me! This is more of a textbook for Italian cuisine students with very basic cooking techniques of the Italian way. There are many recipes as well but there is much more than that. No pictures but the content is wonderful. This is not what you want if you just want recipes, there is so much more in this little book, including some Italian cooking term translations.
