Im so sorry Larkspur, that that happened to you. You may not read this, but you were so appreciated here. I agree with all that you have said. I hope youll come back again soon, May God bless you and keep you, guide you and bring comfort to you. You have become a dear friend to many of us, many of us loved your beautifully made items...your hands have crafted some beautiful masterpieces, I could not begin to know how to crochet like that.

A BIG hug to you,

God Bless!

My heart goes out to you and so sorry you are in pain.  You will be miss here and hope you do come back.  You put a lot of smiles on people face with your crochet.   I hope you find peace and can heal from this.  Take care of yourself.

Larkspur, I just send you wishes for peace and healing.  I hope you realize you are held in many hearts here in the RAOKs, and throughout the PBS forums.  You have given much joy to so many--including me.  I was a lucky recipient of one of the beautiful ribbon cross bookmarks you crocheted, which I treasure.

Take the time you need to heal and have faith that the former Larkspur will one day emerge as a survivor and thriver.  In the meantime, keep crocheting (as I suspect you will!) for you need right now especially to feel the happy feelings it gives you.  Perhaps you can still present these sweet items as RAOKs to a different group of people.  Maybe surprise a crying child in a grocery store, or the weary parent, or an elderly person you meet who looks like she might need a pick-me-up.  But keep crocheting--and keep giving.  It's good for the soul.

God bless you!  Come back when you are ready.

I am shocked to hear you have been hurt so recently and that it has changed you.  It is so wrong to have YOU taken from YOUrself.  I believe, based on personal experience, that you will regain your essential self over time.  We all here do understand.

Only time can heal the hurt you experienced.  A DD was molested when she was 15.  Even when she graduated from college and moved out of state she was afraid to be alone.  My heart goes out to you.
