Finally took the plunge and bought a Color Nook..loving it so far. So, is anyone one here sharing any books or adding Nook friends. Let me know!!!!...We can fuel each others reading addictions....

Just curious, can you access PBS on your Nook color?  Does it work well for websurfing and stuff like that?

Yeap Sarah, I've been surfing on my NC since I received it last month for Mother's Day.  I've accessed the PBS site, my email on the GMail site and all types of webpages.

I love that it's not as slow as my phone, so now instead of grabbing my phone to check mail when I wake up I just grab my NC instead.

For me the NC is like an "iPad wannabe"!

I saw the new Nook Touch yesterday. It looked really nice. No glare, unlike the NC which was on the same display and had a lot of fingerprints. (This was at Staples).

The NC does everything my iPhone does other than making phones calls.  Can you imagine putting that to your ear?  LOL  I have my e-mails on it and PBS.
