This is tied in to Offspring/Offseason. The book is still available, signed by Ketchum and McKee, oversized and leatherbound in a traycase, it's @$175, and the lettered edition of the book is bound in pig, with some foam inserted to make it more fleshlike, raised welts in the cover to spell out the title, has a genuine piece of human bone embedded in the cover, and stored in a metal cage with lock.  The picture that I saw had a rib in it.  I'm pretty sure there are some of those available as well, @$1250.  I'm sure in a year or so there will probably be a paperback out.

Didn't know about the tie in. Read both Offspring and Offseason so I'll definitely be reading The Woman asap!

Cemetery Dance is releasing a trade hardcover of The Woman, with a bonus novella, if you preorder it in the 1st week it will be signed by Jack and Lucy.  I've also seen this out as a ebook from Crossroads Press for $6.99 (not sure if the novella ill be in this edition).
