I read this book quickly and I enjoyed it because I am a Jane Austen fan. It was fun to see the flip side of the story. The biggest failing in the book was that I was not convinced that Jane loved Frank. I don't really like him in Emma and I still did not like him. I wanted to, but he is too duplicit.

I enjoyed this book. I thought the ending was a bit drawn-out... so I did some skimming there... If I read too much I got pissed-off at the Mr. Churchill character. He was too much of a flirt. Overall I thought the author was true to the original story, and her story blended well.
