January 2 - 15 minutes each on Treadmill, elliptical, and bike

Jan. 3 - sick - some type of virus. Pi&&ing me off!

Jan. 4 - 30 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 5 - 60 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 6 - lifted weights & 15 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 7 - 60 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 10 - lifted weights $ 35 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 11 - The Firm Ab Sculpt DVD

Jan. 14 - lifted weights and 15 minutes on the elliptical

Jan. 16 - 60 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 17 - lifted weights

Jan. 18 - 50 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 19 - 60 minute walk in the snow with the Dog

Jan. 22 - 30 mins on elliptical, 15 mins on treadmill, lifted weights (upper body)

Jan. 23 - 20 mins on elliptical, 20 mins on treadmill.

Jan. 24 - 30 mins on stationary bike, 15 min walk with Dog

Jan. 25 - 30 mins walking on treadmill, lifted weights

Jan. 27 - 30 min walk with Dog

Jan. 30 - 60 minute walk with Dog

Jan. 31 - NFL Experience tonight with the kids and Superbowl Villiage!!!

Time for me to get back on track with this!  I joined the January Jumpstart Challenge on SparkPeople and that's helped me start the year off right.  Hopefully I can maintain it!  My goal this month is to do at least 10 minutes of activity each day for the entire month! :-)

Even though the SparkPeople Challenge started on January 1st, I started a few days early so that the videos lined up with my work schedule so that the lightest days (Days 1 and 7) matched my heaviest work days when I have my regular job and my evening job.

Week 1 (Jan. 1st -Jan 7th)

1/1/12 12 minutes- Day 4 Video: Chair Core Challenge

57 minutes- Gilad's Step Aerobics
 
1/2/12 10 minutes- Day 5 Video: Pilates Leg Toning Workout

30 minutes- Zumba Basic Steps video (I did the second half of the DVD that I didn't finish the other day but I repeated the first move and the last move to make it a full 30 minutes. The video was actually 57 minutes long instead of 60 so I was 3 minutes short at the end and needed to make it up).
1/3/12 9 minutes- Day 6 Video: Arm Sculpting Workout

30 minutes- Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training (should be 32 minutes but I skipped the cool down since I had the other video to do).
1/4/12 15 minute- Day 7 SparkPeople 15 Minute Abs video
1/5/12 10 minutes- Day 1 SparkPeople 8-Minute Athletic Intervals Cardio Workout Video (added 2 more minutes by repeating a section twice)
1/6/12 30 minutes- 2 Mile Brisk Walk (Leslie Sanson Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection)- used stretchy bands and did arm exercises with the 3 lb weights for most of the walk

8 minutes- Day 2 Spark People Lower Body Sculpt video
1/7/12 20 minutes - Zumba 20 Minute Express Workout DVD

20 minutes- Amy Dixon's Give Me 10 (aerobic and core segments)

8 minutes- Day 3 Spark People Upper Body Sculpt with Chair video

Look at us all getting back in the grove!  Thank you for holding down the fort Stephanie.

January 17- 1/2 hour sculpt with gilad but I did it on the trampoline.- felt good to be exercising again!

1/20 1/2 hour sculpt with gilad on the trampoline

Not too good for my first week- will try to do better next week.

1/23 1/2 hour sculpt couldn't do this one on the trampoline but I used it when there were commercials

1/24 1/2 hour sculpt with gilad- only used trampoline during commercials- great abs on this one- crunch with one leg straigt up and then you lift the bottom leg up a little- killer!!!

1/25 1/2 hour sculpt with gilad used trampoline during commercials

1/29 1/2 hour sculpt with gilad used tramp- did that good abs one again

Not much better for week two but at lease I am doing it.

Stephenie- are you going to a gym?  I loved using an elliptical but I don't have access to one anymore.  You have some great variety going on.

I am going to a gym. We are going to buy either a treadmill or an elliptical this weekend. Not sure which. We need a piece of cardio equipment at home. The variety is so I don't get bored. I was excited to do the bike because I could read a magazine too!!
