Anyone own a Jenn Aire Double Oven Dual Fuel? I am oven shopping and it looks like a sweet oven.

Nope, but I have the Jenn-Air gas convection, and am replacing it with a new one. It's a great brand.

One thing to keep in mind is if it's a down-draft oven and you have to retrofit your kitchen to take the down-draft you are then married to down-draft ovens unless you're committed to retrofit again. In a way, I wish we didn't have to buy down-draft again, but re-retrofitting is way too expensive.

What's a down-draft oven, though? I just googled it and got lots of shopping info but no useful definition.
