I was surprised by the time and location of the story and probably might have passed over it. Thank goodness I didn't it held my attention and made me want to do more driving or I would sit in the car until there came a break in the story.

A good story about MedivaL times,serfdom,jesters,some violence,and reform.

A very different book from James Patterson. Rich history and packed full of surprises. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. I found myself letting housework go just to keep on reading... You won't be disapointed...
