I finally read this. What an amazing story. Kudos to Grisham for bringing this story to light.

When I looked this book up in the search, it showed a low star rating of 2-3, but I didn't see much negative in the book reviews to justify such low scoring--I wonder if a lot of fiction readers read it cause it's by Grisham and didn't know how to rate a "true crime" story.

This is on my TBR list--I thought I'd read almost all of Grisham's books, but only found this one when I joined PBS last spring!

Loved the story as well--as I do with most Grisham books.  (Hubby is a mental health advocate, so I knew he'd devour this book.)  So sad--the unjust way in which the people in the book were treated.
