I thought I would offer this here to see if anyone is looking for it and would give me a credit for it. A few of the pages have very small tears, making it unpostable. The tears are unnoticeable on all pages, and flipping through it briefly again just now, I couldn't even tell. It is postable in every other way. The edition I have is:
