I am struggling through We Were Liars....I do hope it picks up since everyone is raving about it.  I adore Lockhart's other works, but this is so different from the flaky characters in her other stuff....

I just finished Reborn (Shadow Falls: After Dark, Bk 1) :: C. C. Hunter. I was very good. Highly recomomend. It is the spin off to Shadow Falls series. Della is the main character, Kylie's friend the vampire. Ms Hunter did a great job developing Della and some interesting back stories.

I have been in a chick lit mood lately and have strayed towards reading Something Borrowed and Something Blue by Emily Giffin.. I adored the movies and the books are equally as light and funny....

The Secret Zoo: Bryan Chick

This is listed under Children's genre, but I think it could be YA.  I liked the book and have the next 2 in the series on my wishlist.

Read The Red Pyramid by Rick  Riordan early this month.  Hope to get to the last two in the series but I am working a reading challenge with a deadline while I paint the interior of my daughter's house that she hopes to sell soon.
