A classic for primarily ages 9-12 but all ages can get wrapped up and enthralled by the short story adventures. For example, there is Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves in the jungle. Lost as a child in the jungles of India he is adopted by a family of wolves. He has fun and exciting adventures with his friends and enemies who happen to be cobras, panthers, bears, and tigers. Other stories include Rikki-Tikki-Tavi(a mongoose), The White Seal, The Elephant Dance and others. Fun adventure stories for kids of every age. Much better than the movie. By Rudyard Kipling
