I had seen the movie made from this book (Citizen X) so was very excited to finally find and read this book. So much more info regarding Chikatilo's activities, and the horrible ways in which he killed his victims. He truly was a sick and evil man. His rampage would have probably stopped sooner had the police had more modern equipment and more assistance. Made me appreciate the way our country handles serial killers. Great read, kept my attention throughout.
