Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp - rock sea salt
  • 2 tsp - liquid smoke
  • 3 pounds - pork butt
Directions

Place pork butt into crockpot.  Rub sea salt into the pork butt and I mean rub it massage it in. Pour liquid smoke over pork. Set crockpot on low and leave in for 8 hours.

Notes

When the pork is done cooking it is best to shred it up manually. It will be easy because the meat will be so tender that it will be falling apart

I make this also but put water about 1/2 way up roast in crockpot. Add about 1 tsp of salt to the water. This makes a creat sauce with the pork, especially if you server with rice. We got Hawaian Sea Salt.
